Fifteen plans, in their words.
Including the 3 that are not five stars, because a review page with nothing under five on it tells you nothing. Filter by appointment type if you want to read only the one you are booking.

First appointment I have had where someone asked what I had stopped doing instead of rating my pain out of ten. Five visits and I can get my socks on standing up. Not exciting, but that was the whole point.

Booked in on a Tuesday morning at seven before work, which is the only reason I went at all. Tom was straight with me about how long the neck would take and he was right almost to the week.
-
Rolled my ankle playing on a Saturday and was in on the Monday. Anh gave me a list of things I had to be able to do before playing again rather than a date, and stuck to it when I tried to argue.
-
Jodie came to the house first, which made all the difference because my back step is nothing like a step in a clinic. I go down to the letterbox without holding the rail now.

Good care and a clear plan. The only reason it is four is that the parking around there on a weekday morning is a genuine sport.

Six months after the knee replacement I was still walking like I was carrying something breakable. The staged loading fixed that. They wrote to my surgeon after every second visit without me having to ask.
-
The dowel along the back thing took about thirty seconds and explained more than three years of being told to lift with my legs.
-
I told Bridie I wanted to get back into the vegetable garden and she made me kneel down and get up again about fifteen times in the room. Felt ridiculous. Worked.
-
Hamstring took longer than I wanted and they never pretended otherwise. Solid rehab, no nonsense, and they talked to my coach so I did not have to.
-
At the third visit they sat me down and said the plan was working and I only needed two more. I have never had a health appointment try to book me in less.
-
Shoulder had been sore for two years and I had given up on it. Manual therapy settled it enough to start the band work, and the band work did the rest. Three exercises total.
-
Went in for a back that had been niggling since my second baby. The assessment was 45 minutes and I left with a plan, a price and two exercises. Front desk did the health fund claim on the spot.
-
They told me at the first appointment that they were not sure physio was the right answer and wrote to my GP that day. Turned out it was not. I have gone back to them since for something else because of that.
-
The exercise program is four moves long and I have actually kept doing it, which is a first. Jodie kept changing it every visit so it never got stale.

Very good, and honest about cost up front, which I appreciated. Had to wait three days for the first appointment but they put me on the cancellation list and rang when one came up.
No reviews for that service yet. Every appointment still gets the same written estimate and the same visit-three progress read.
