Club sport across the inner east keeps this part of the diary full from March through to September. We assess the injury and the way you were moving before it happened, settle the acute phase quickly, then load through the stages that actually matter: tolerance, strength, speed, change of direction and the sport-specific movement. Return to play is a set of criteria you meet, not a date on a calendar, and we will tell your coach the same thing we tell you.
Included in the price
- Acute assessment and a clear early management plan
- Staged loading through strength, speed and change of direction
- Step, hop and single-leg testing before return to play
- Written return-to-play criteria you can show a coach
- Liaison with your club or GP where you want it
On the day
How this one runs.
- 01 Settle the acute injury and protect it only as long as needed
- 02 Rebuild strength and single-leg control
- 03 Add speed, hopping and change of direction
- 04 Meet the return-to-play criteria before you play

What it costs
$115 to $155
standard 45 minute rehabilitation sessions sit at the lower end; longer testing appointments before return to play sit at the top

-
Rolled my ankle playing on a Saturday and was in on the Monday. Anh gave me a list of things I had to be able to do before playing again rather than a date, and stuck to it when I tried to argue.
-
Hamstring took longer than I wanted and they never pretended otherwise. Solid rehab, no nonsense, and they talked to my coach so I did not have to.

Ring (08) 5550 0070 or send the form and we will confirm a time. Most first appointments are seen within two to three business days.
Also worth knowing
- You get a written estimate of how many visits your plan is likely to need at the end of the first appointment, not an open-ended course
- A straight progress read at visit three, in writing, including when it is not working
- If we are not the right help, we will say so in the first appointment and there is no charge for it
- The same physiotherapist for the whole plan wherever the roster allows
- No treatment you have not had explained and agreed to first
Thanks, that is everything we need
